Document Storage for a National Restaurant Chain

The Brief

Our customer, a restaurant chain with over 300 restaurants nationwide, approached EvaStore to try and find a solution to their document storage issues. They had a shortage of space within their restaurants and wanted all information to be stored centrally.

The Solution

EvaStore arranged and scheduled collections from each restaurant. Boxes were delivered to site and brought back to the warehouse, where they were processed into storage. The customer requested for the boxes to be destroyed after 12 months so they were all given automatic destroy dates, which were later confirmed by the customer and a destruction certificate was provide thereafter.
