Document Management for Financial Services

The Brief

EvaStore were contacted by a financial services company who had an office overseas and were looking for a solution for their document filing and storage, as the office was a closed site and all files/boxes needed to be catalogued. It was important that the filing system took destroy dates into account, allowing the files to be disposed of according to legislation.

The Solution

A team from EvaStore went to site and started to sift through their filing system. Everything was catalogued, referenced and put onto a spreadsheet for the customer. Destroy dates were also given based on information that had been provided by the customer.
