BS 5454 makes recommendations for the storage and management of archives which includes the type, design and environment of facilities, racking systems and document storage containers.

The relevant sections of BS5454 – Recommendations for the Storage and Exhibition of Archival Documents – have been written into the EvaStore’s ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management Policy.

Since 2005 EvaStore has instructed BenchmarQ, an independent customer survey company, to carry out an annual survey of our customers to gauge customers’ satisfaction with our services.

Our dedication to providing a professional archive management service, but with a personal touch meant that, in 2010, EvaStore was presented with a BenchmarQ Diamond Award for achieving 94% customer satisfaction.
